Games Social Media & Events Intern

• Monthly Compensation: MXN $10,000 + KPI–based commissions

• Location: Mexico City or nearby (full-time, remote, flexible)

We’re looking for a proactive, content‑driven teammate to own and grow the IPA & Jaguar Games communities. If you love social media, events, video games, and don’t wait for someone to tell you what to do, this role is for you.

What you’ll do

• Own our communities
  Take full ownership of IPA and Jaguar Games social channels, grow these communities and keep them engaged. You don’t wait for instructions — you propose, test and iterate.

• Work full-time, remote & flexible
  This is a full-time, remote position with flexible hours, focused on outcomes and impact.

• Be our face at events
  You enjoy going to events in Mexico City and can attend even if politicians or partners invite us on the same day. With prior notice, you’re available to travel to other Mexican cities when needed.

• Create weekly content
  Produce 4 content pieces per week with an informative and exciting tone:

  • 2 for IPA: e.g. taxes vs video games, B2B news, industry trends.

  • 2 for Jaguar Games: game footage, devlogs, behind-the-scenes, struggles and victories in game development.

• Publish across multiple platforms
  Post and adapt content for: WhatsApp, LinkedIn, newsletter, Instagram, TikTok, Discord.

• Go live & tell the story
  Film yourself live during events and clearly explain how and why meeting politicians and B2B organizations is exciting and valuable for gamers and the broader audience.

• Define and track KPIs

  Set social and community KPIs focused on business impact. Track them and present results in 20 minutes or less during live calls.

• Respect our brands
  Follow the branding rules and tone of voice for both IPA and Jaguar Games across all content and communications.

• Language skills
  Fluent in Spanish with strong English skills (written and spoken).

• Keep websites fresh
  Update the DoD & IPA websites every month with relevant news, events or content.

• Be based in CDMX
  You live in Mexico City or nearby, making it easy to attend in‑person events when needed.

Nice to have

• You love tech and AI, and you’re always experimenting with automation.

• You’ve played around with tools like Asana automations, ChatGPT, Discord bots, WhatsApp bots, or similar.

Experience

• No prior experience required.
  We care more about your attitude, curiosity, reliability, and willingness to learn than your CV.
