Community & Content Host

  • Monthly Compensation: MXN $12,000

  • Location: Mexico City or nearby (full-time, remote, flexible)

Your Responsibilities

  • Tell female empowerment stories, government, and more games content, yourself on camera.
    Create 4 content pieces per week with a fun, informative tone:

    • 2 for IPA: e.g. taxes vs video games, B2B news, industry trends.

    • 2 for Jaguar Games: game footage, behind-the-scenes, victories in game development.

  • Take ownership of growing our communities
    Lead IPA and Jaguar Games social channels, grow these communities and keep them engaged. You don’t wait for instructions — you propose, test and iterate.

  • Work full-time, remote & flexible
    This is a full-time, remote position with a flexible schedule, focused on deliverables.

  • Organize IRL events
    You enjoy organizing and going to IRL events in Mexico City, even if politicians invite us last minute. With prior notice, you’re available to travel to other Mexican cities when needed.

  • Publish across multiple platforms
    Post and adapt content for: WhatsApp, LinkedIn, newsletter, Instagram, TikTok, Discord.

  • Go live & tell the story
    Film yourself live during events and clearly explain how and why meeting politicians and B2B organizations is exciting and valuable for gamers and the broader audience.

  • Follow our brands visual guidelines
    Follow the branding rules and tone of voice for both IPA and Jaguar Games across all content and communications.

  • Language skills
    Fluent in Spanish and English

  • Update websites
    Update the DoD & IPA websites every month with relevant news, events or content.

Nice to Have

  • Interested in government, international relations, or foodie experiences

  • Creating documents that visually sell video games to senior politicians who don’t understand games

Experience

  • No prior experience required.
    We care more about your attitude, curiosity, reliability, and willingness to learn than your CV.
